Sri Gurukumara Panchakshareshwara Sangeeta Kala Vedike ® was founded by Vidwan Nagendra T Ranapur (disciple of Pandit Sheshadri Gawai) in 2011 under the guidance of Shata Tabala Pt. Satish Hampiholi with a purpose to make music more practicable for enthusiasts; he started vocal and harmonium classes at residence in Navy Layout , Chimney Hills , Hesaraghatta Road,Bangalore.

Tabla,Harmonium and Hindustani Vocal classes are offered by the school. We believe music is beyond socio-economic and physical differences.

The institution has over 100 students. The students of the institution can take up various music examinations conducted by university Akhil Bharat Gandharva Mahavidyalaya,Miraj .

The institution is associated with many music institutions and artists in Bangalore and other places, various platforms of concerts are provided for students to perform.

Every year the institution recognizes artists and felicitates them for their achievements and valuable contribution towards making Indian Classical music popular by honouring them with the award “ PANCHAKSHARA KRUPA BHUSHANA”. Various cultural programs are organized, all the students of the institution get opportunities to perform in the events.
